Miracles attributed to the use of Lourdes' Water& the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes
(To date, there have been almost 70 bonifide miracles,
that have gone through stringent investigative procedures to determine authenticity.)
Lourdes Water
Lourdes Water is water that comes from the miraculous spring at the Shrine of Lourdes in Southern France. This spring gushed forth “miraculously” on February 25th, 1858 when Bernadette, at Our Lady’s bidding, scratched the soil on which she was kneeling. Since then, the water from this spring has been instrumental in granting countless miraculous cures and is known the world over as Lourdes Water. Today, the Church has officially recognized 66 miracles out of 7,000 declared cures at the Medical Bureau in Lourdes.
Lourdes Water is not for sale. Anyone visiting Lourdes in France may get it for free. The water itself is still free, but reimbursement is needed to help cover the cost of shipping and handling from France.
How to Use Lourdes Water & What Prayers to Say
Lourdes Water is not Holy Water, nor is it a medicine or something supernatural, but Our Lady has granted special favors w. its use. It is an object of faith meant to encourage our prayers and good works. Bernadette drank the water and washed her face with it.
Most people apply Lourdes Water to a diseased or suffering part of their body, or simply just drink the water. No harmful effect ever resulted from drinking the water or washing with it. On the contrary, many of the sick have often experienced relief and even miraculous cures.
No special prayers required. One may say Hail Mary's, the Memorare, written prayers to Our Lady of Lourdes, etc.

St. Bernadette Soubirous
(DOD: April 16, 1879)
At 14, Bernadette saw a vision of Mary,
the Immaculate Conception, at Lourdes, France.
After much suffering, a spring was caused to flow
(the Lourdes waters) from Mary's instruction to the girl.
Later, Bernadette became a Sister of Notre Dame;
then a Confraternity member of the Cord of St. Francis.
May St. Bernadette intercede for this site
and all who visit here.
